| We manufacture either single or double wall buildings depending on the client’s requirements.Electrical cable installation for single wall is placed underneath the floor and for double wall is placed inbetween the 2 walls.Wall insulation is available if required as well as galvanized brackets to secure posts.
Materials: Beams, floor and exterior/interior walls from kiln dried bangkirai wood.Window and door frames from kiln dried Merbau wood or aluminium. Roofing:There is a selection of roofing available: Clay tile roofing, Metal sheet roofing,Metal tile roofing,.Alang Alang thatch roofing or wooden sirap roofing. Other available options: • Teak block inner wall with coconut shell finishing. • Teak block inner wall with rattan matting veneer. • Teak block inner wall with white wash finishing • Teak block inner wall with wood stain finishing • Teak block inner wall with wood skin finishing • Coconut wood planking inner walls |
